We are launching a brand new Holiday Gift Drive for all Habitat Homebuyers and Homeowners. The drive will match sponsors with Habitat families’ gift requests for children. In addition, we will provide each Habitat family with a grocery gift card. Families without children in the household may still request a grocery gift card. We hope this effort will help brighten the holiday season for all our Habitat families! And we are hoping that you, our wonderful community of local Habitat for Humanity supporters, will help us! There are several ways to contribute, and all are appreciated! If you are interested in helping, please complete this online form by 11/10/24. Are you a member of a business, or faith, school, scout, or other community group that would like to do some festive community service? Consider sponsoring a family or number of families as a charitable group activity!
Another fun holiday activity we have coming up: Habitat’s 10th Holiday Cookie Walk will take place on Saturday, December 7th from 11 am – 3 pm in Center Ithaca on the Ithaca Commons (note this coincides with Downtown Ithaca’s Winter Holiday Bash & Santa’s Arrival on the Commons!).
