Every day is a busy day for our Habitat affiliate! As we attempt to simultaneously support our families, identify new building lots, prepare for events, identify community partners, improve our construction practices and keep our office running smoothly, we rely heavily on our volunteers to help us do the juggling. juggling

Are you looking for a new way to support our community in 2015?
Do you like to meet new people?
Do you have a knack for fundraising, real estate, construction or social service work?

Habitat has a volunteer role for everyone, including YOU! And, we can never have too much help. We’re currently recruiting for our Site Selection, Women Build, Family Support and Family Selection committees.

* Site Selection works to identify build able lots or rehab properties for our affiliate.

* Women Build inspires females to participate in construction and hosts build days, trainings, and fundraising events to recruit more female volunteers from our community.

* Family Selection recruits Partner Family applicants for our homes and reviews applications, as well as making site visits and family recommendations to our Board of Directors.

* Family Support provides a Family Advocate for each of our Partner Families, assisting and supporting them throughout the process of becoming a homeowner.
