Homebuyer & Homeowner Support

We help homebuyers through their journey to homeownership, including financial counseling, home maintenance training, and workshops to give you the practical skills and personalized guidance to get there.

Our homeownership education workshops are designed for real life.

Each session is led by experts who are working practitioners in their fields: lenders, credit counselors, housing specialists, and financial coaches who know what actually works.

  • Budgeting that fits your real life
  • Understanding your credit report and score
  • Managing debt and loans
  • Saving and planning for the future
  • Navigating unexpected financial emergencies
  • Mortgages and homeownership preparation
  • Home maintenance and long-term stewardship

Skills That Get You To Your Goals

By participating, you’ll:

  • Prepare for the unexpected
  • Move toward homeownership with confidence
  • Gain real clarity about your financial situation
  • Build habits that support your long-term goals
  • Work with a financial coach one-on-one
  • Reduce stress around money

The homeowner classes set me up for success in understanding the legal and financial side of homeownership.
