Welcome our newest homebuyers!

We were thrilled to celebrate a dual Home Dedication ceremony at 312 Plain Street in May! Carlos and Erika, and Helen and Ying Yu, are poised to be our newest Habitat homeowners. 312 Plain Street is our very first modular duplex (and our first modular build ever!). Adding modular construction allows us to build more energy efficient, high quality homes in less time. The bulk of these homes was completed at the modular factory, delivered to the job site, and our hardworking volunteer crew completed construction.
